My name is Pam, and I am the Center Director here at Play & Grow Learning Center. I joined Play & Grow in 2020 as a Toddler Teacher before growing into leadership and eventually stepping into the Center Director role. My classroom and leadership experience has allowed me to build strong relationships with our children, families, and teachers. I am committed to making sure every child feels safe and cared for, while ensuring families feel heard and supported. As Center Director, I strive to create a positive environment for our children and staff while continuing to support the families who make up our Play & Grow community.

My name is Ashley Hodkiewicz, and I am the Education Director here at Play & Grow Learning Center. I joined Play & Grow in February 2023 as an Assistant Teacher before becoming a Lead Infant Teacher and later stepping into leadership roles as Assistant Director, Center Director, and now Education Director. My classroom and leadership experience has allowed me to build strong connections with children, families, and teachers. I love watching children grow, gain confidence, and develop their own personalities while helping create classrooms where they feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. As Education Director, I look forward to supporting our teachers, strengthening our classrooms, and continuing to build meaningful relationships throughout the center.

Hi! I’m Darian, and I’m excited to join Play & Grow as your new Assistant Director! I have several years of experience in early childhood education, both in the classroom and in leadership roles, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Human Development. I look forward to supporting our teachers and building strong relationships with our children and families.

What I enjoy most is watching children learn, grow, and discover new things. I love helping them develop confidence, independence, and meaningful relationships with others.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two girls, Aubree and Lauren. My family and I enjoy camping, swimming, and exploring nature. I look forward to getting to know your family and being part of your child’s early learning journey!
