My name is Miss Lexi, and I am the Education Director here at Play & Grow Learning Center. I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have been working with children since 2021. I began my journey with Play & Grow as a float teacher, which gave me the opportunity to work in different classrooms, build relationships with children of all ages, and support teachers throughout the center.

I am excited to continue growing with Play & Grow as I step into the Education Director role. I look forward to using my education and classroom experience to support our teachers, strengthen our classrooms, and help create positive learning environments for every child.

I truly enjoy being part of children’s learning and watching them develop new skills, confidence, and their own unique personalities. It is so rewarding to build connections with our children and families and be part of their growth throughout their time at Play & Grow.

My name is Clarissa Davis, and I am the Center Director here at Play & Grow Learning Center. I knew from a young age that I wanted to work in education, inspired by my second-grade teacher. I graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in many different areas of early childhood education. I have worked as a Preschool and Jr. Kindergarten Teacher, School Age Coordinator, Education Director, and Assistant Director. My experience has also introduced me to Conscious Discipline and Handwriting Without Tears, which I have continued to incorporate throughout my career.

I love building connections with children, families, and staff while creating an environment where everyone feels supported. The early years are such an important part of a child’s development, and I am passionate about helping provide a strong foundation for future learning. As Center Director, I look forward to supporting our entire center and continuing to build a positive community where our children, families, and teachers can grow and succeed.

My name is Paige Harner, and I’m proud to serve as the Assistant Director here at Play & Grow Learning Center. I’ve been passionate about childcare since 2018 when I began working as a nanny, and that passion has only grown stronger over the years. I hold an associate degree from UW Oshkosh, where I completed a variety of early childhood education courses to deepen my knowledge and skills in the field. I joined the Play & Grow team on June 10th, 2025, starting as a float staff member supporting all classrooms. My flexibility and dedication to the children were quickly recognized, and I was honored to be offered a leadership position shortly after. What I love most about working at Play & Grow is building connections with each child. Watching them develop their unique personalities, learn new skills, and grow both mentally and physically brings me so much joy and fulfillment.
